DOSE Embroidery Fast Tack Adhesive Spray is a quick-bond adhesive aerosol manufactured by Atlantik Tüketim Malları in Yalova, Turkey, designed to hold fabrics in place during machine embroidery.
This high-performance temporary adhesive provides reliable fixation of appliqués, interlinings, and all fabric types, ensuring precise pattern alignment throughout the embroidery process without shifting or misregistration. What sets it apart is its residue-free formula — it leaves no adhesive build-up on needles, shuttles, or rotary hook mechanisms, directly preventing thread breakage and unplanned machine downtime. Its transparent, non-corrosive composition ensures fabrics remain free from staining or color alteration, making it suitable for even the most delicate materials. Supplied in 24-unit cartons for bulk procurement, DOSE Fast Tack Adhesive Spray is an essential consumable for embroidery workshops and industrial textile decoration facilities seeking consistent output quality.
Applications: Used in the embroidery industry for the temporary fixation of appliqués, interlinings, and all types of fabrics. It prevents the shifting of both light and heavy-textured fabrics, ensuring flawless pattern processing. Thanks to its special formula, it leaves no adhesive residue on the needle, shuttle, or rotary hook parts of embroidery machines, thereby preventing thread breakage and machine downtime. With its transparent and non-corrosive structure, it does not stain fabrics or cause discoloration.
